Delivery Information

Free Economy Delivery

Orders totalling £10 or more can be delivered within 3-5 working days throughout the UK.

Standard Economy Delivery

Any orders totalling less than £10 can be delivered within 3-5 working days throughout the UK for £2.99.

Next Working Day Delivery

A next working day delivery service is also available to the UK for £5.49 to when ordered before 12pm, Monday-Thursday.

All orders placed between Friday 12pm and Monday 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday on this service.

Should you wish to have an order delivered somewhere other than to the UK Mainland, please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to help further.

Delivery Outside the UK

We also offer delivery to Ireland at a flat-rate of £10. This will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted goods free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

WMSM believe in our product quality and will issue a refund or replacement if you are not entirely satisfied.

Any items that’s are unused and in the original packaging can be returned under our 14 day return policy.

Please note that it could take up to 14 days  for a full refund to be processed back onto your card by your bank.

What do I do if I have a damaged item in my parcel?

If you receive a damaged item, please return it to us and we will refund or replace it to your preference.

The return paperwork needs to be  included for any refund or replacement.

For the damaged items we can arrange a collection to your address.

To do this please contact our Customer Care Team with your order details.

What do I do if an item is missing from my parcel?

Check your order confirmation or dispatch email to confirm the item has been ordered and dispatched. If your order has only been dispatched partially your order confirmation and dispatch email will inform you of this.

Check that all the boxes in your order have been delivered. It is possible that some boxes may be dispatched and delivered separately.

Check underneath and through any internal packaging, we use packing paper bubble wrap and card to suit the product, keep it secure during transit and ensure it arrives to you in best condition.
